Seafood and Veggie Dip

½ lb shrimp, thawed and peeled and chopped into small pieces
4 ounces lump or back fin crab meat
2 tbsp butter
1 onion, diced
½ green pepper, diced
2 celery stalks, diced
1 jalapeno, minced
½ cup baby spinach, chopped
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1 package of cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp mayonnaise
5 oz. shredded Asiago cheese
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Pinch of red pepper flakes
Paprika to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a cast iron skillet on medium high heat, heat the butter then add onion, pepper and celery. Sautee for about five minutes. Add the jalapeno, spinach and garlic, and continue to sauté for three minutes. Season with Old Bay.

Add your shrimp and crab. Cook for about three minutes, until shrimp are no longer opaque. Add the red pepper and paprika.

Remove from the heat and add your cheeses and mayonnaise, stirring constantly until mixed through.

Bake for 15 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips or dip hot bread into it.
